created /etc/hosts with 127.0.0.1  localhost sogo.

http://192.168.2.102/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync returns a 403 error, just
like in my working productive installation, settings in sogo.conf look right.

This error says "Access denied".
Check your settings in Apache Proxy.
