Hello

First:
Don't use outlook mobile ever!!
* outlook mobile is only a frontend to Microsoft servers, it is *not* an email client.
* You hand out your credentials to Microsofts servers
* Those servers are downloading every email
* Those servers are sending all emails you send via outlook mobile
* While installing you agreed, that Microsoft can use that data/emails

Second:
As Microsoft servers are synchronizing your emails, there can be unique problems: * It takes ages to synchronize your password change to all servers accessing your postbox.
* Sometimes those cloud servers are on Firewall blocklists.
* If you use fail2ban, it will block sometimes single Microsoft servers, because someone used a wrong password in your domain. * Sometimes you can not connect those Microsoft Servers (maintainance, DDoS, etc.)

Hope this helps a bit.

Kind regards,
Christian Mack
