Dear Christian and sogo users, I followed your advice and upgrade to the newest 4.3.0.20200426-1, but the error is still there. Sogo.log says
sogod[9696:9696] EXCEPTION: <NSException: 0x55e4531e3f70> NAME:NSInvalidArgumentException REASON:GSInlineArray(instance) does not recognize getCharacters:range: INFO:(null) If I click on the email, Request Failed appears in gray field, email does not open, after repeating several clicks, just part is opened (with sender name and email, and receiver), but not the body of the message. Originally I think that it was because of the diacritics in the name, but I ask the sender to remove it, but it does not help. I am attaching source of such email (surprisingly, I can see the email, if it is attached as elm, but not if I got it as receiver). Everything else is working fine, I have over hundred of happy sogo users. Do you have any idea hot to solve this?
