Hi Marc,
I don't know MDM and cannot comment on what needs to be done there.

You can try to use "sogo-tool manage-eas resetdevice ..." to force the EAS 
account to be reloaded.
The required device-id can be found either in sogo.log or via "sogo-tool 
manage-eas listdevices ...".

the MDM is done by a second party.
I told them to delete the EAS profile from the MDM profile and set it
again afterwards. (I hope this could be done because the MDM connection
itself is EAS too, I think.)
