Hi Marc, I don't know MDM and cannot comment on what needs to be done there.
You can try to use "sogo-tool manage-eas resetdevice ..." to force the EAS account to be reloaded. The required device-id can be found either in sogo.log or via "sogo-tool manage-eas listdevices ...".
