I've tried a few different mail accounts, but in every account exists the same problem. Also in new accounts. Very annoying...

To see if it might be the same create a new user, with a new calendar, and see whether sharing is an option for that user. If it is then it may be the same issue. We had the shares stored as a file in the Maildir, and deleting that file removed all shares for that user, but allowed us to create new ones, as the file had become corrupt. I'm afraid I cannot remember the exact location of the file - but it was under the user.
