Nightlys are not running database update scripts, you need to run them yourself or go for production packages buying support.
Something like running /usr/share/doc/sogo-3.2.10.20180212/sql-update-3.2.10_to_4.0.0.sh should fix the issue. There are some posts and tickets about this.
