I think this is the same bug as https://sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=4240 but for 
us this isn't minor but blocker severity. If it's not working then the whole 
SOGo is useless for us and we need to search for replacement. And it looks like 
a low-hanging fruit, a character encoding conversion left out from somewhere.
Does everyone uses the SOGo only with ASCII folder names? Nobody else suffers 
from this bug?

I tried to add a note/subscribe (if possible) for this bug but I can't login to 
the Mantis (but my repository access works with the same credentials). I didn't 
found any contact information where I can report this non-working Mantis issue. 
Does anybody have any information how to handle this?
