Not sure if this is related, but our users couldn't scroll anymore in the RTE after the update. And when scrolling with the cursor, the RTE controls are vanishing. Plain text worked fine. Reproduced the error in a freshly created firefox profile, so no caching issues. Downgrade to 2.3.21 worked for us and the issue is gone.
