The "combined mode" will essentially replace all SOGo content tables
with one table (so all events/tasks will go in a single table). All
quick tables will be replaced by 2 tables (one for address book data,
one for calendar data). All ACL tables will be replaced by one table.
All other tables are still used - so a total of nine tables is used,
instead of at least 6 _per user_.
Can a site using old mode (6 tables per user) be migrated to the new
mode (9 tables total)? How?
