Right klick on the calendar and a 'Reset Calendar Cache' worked on my
lightning 3.3.2, also additional calendars are synced again - Try it :-)

I've seen a problem on Windows and litening 3.3.2 where calendars
suddenly became "white" and not writable, and all the content disappear.
On the sogo side no errors: logs show the caldav calls arrive correctly.
No problems on mac with the same litening version.
Downgrading to litening 3.3.1 fix the problem for me.
