Sorry, but your memory of this part is wrong. IMAP was never accessible from the SOGo administration interface. You only can set privileges for address books and calendars there. But you can subscribe to any address book and/or calendar as SOGoSuperUser and have full modify privileges in them, without changing these privileges beforehand in the administration interface.
