Charles, if you are working in the web interface, right click on a calendar and select „Import Events…“. If your holidays calendar is available online (http://www.icalshare.com, http://project24.info, …), you might also create a new calendar using the „subscribe to web calendar“ option.
(You can also import .ics files in your native client, if it is synchronized with SOGo.)
