Wow!  I answered a question!  (I'm a newbie myself so I'm surprised)

You'll have the "ask for password" applet a couple of times, but I found that once I accessed TB several times, and check the "remember password" box, everything works fine. Uncheck the duplicate calendars.

You might not have duplicates if you're not upgrading an existing system. I was, and I did.
