You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

What version of xmlsec1 do you have on this system? (rpm -q xmlsec1)
Do you use the EPEL repo? xmlsec1-1.2.16 is available there.
