This is similar to what I am getting at, however this is fixed in SOGo for iOS5.x… What version of SOGo do you have? I noticed you are running port 443 SSL, but do you have a virtual host listening on port 8843 with SSL? That is the port Apple is expecting for CalDAV SSL.
