On some more testing I am also having problems synchronising SOGO with
Lightning (both ways). New events show up when I switch caching on or
off... The checkbox for Cache is in the Properties of the calendar
(right click or double click in the list of subscribed calendars).

I have TB 15.0 and Lightning 1.7 on Mac OSX (10.8).
