Great ! This did the trick - It works without problems now to authenticate directly against ISPConfig 3
Database - just v^created a view for SOGo....

<string>md5-crypt</string>
I made a view to my own user table in an other database and that works. So I gues that a view to an ISPConfig database should work too.
