We thought about hosting lightning on our own update-server but of course
it's more convenient for us if the integrator could just get it from
mozilla's servers. (Saves us the extra work every time a new version of
lightning is released.)

Our extensions.rdf in the Integrator 10.0 extension now looks something
like this:
