We have some others Lions Desktops here (3 more Lion, 4 more Snow Leo) i can play around with and will just enable all debug stuff in sogo and OSX and using wireshark ill try to find out how this
crappy iCal want the data^^

If you have any other ideas or progress, let me know, ill do so too.

No I don't think so. The RFC only mentions .well-known/caldav (and
.well-known/carddav). At least in my Apache log I saw iCal accessing
.well-known/caldav just fine.

The config works fine otherwise, just not with my iCal 5. I do not
really think that .well_known has any influence on the delegation/shared
calendar issue. But with crappy iCal you never know.

I believe that it works with your iCal, as I said it also works for my
colleague (even back when we didn't have .well_known), but nobody seems
to know why and why it doesn't work for me and others. We would really
have to look at network traffic dumps to find out the differences but I
don't have the time to do that right now.
