I was waiting for this version to update from Ubuntu 11.04 to 11.10.
I had SOGo running in 11.04

The release upgrade went OK (the server restarted, and the standard packages did upgrade correctly), but after changing the source for SOGo from Nattty to Oneiric and updating SOGo, SOGo does not restart:

root@ubuntu65:~# /etc/init.d/sogo restart
* Restarting SOGo sogo No process in pidfile '/var/run/sogo/sogo.pid' found running; none killed.

A simple start intent returns:

root@ubuntu65:~# /etc/init.d/sogo start
* Starting SOGo sogo 2011-12-13 09:25:18.118 sogod[2010] NSConcreteMapTable.m:441 Assertion failed in NSCreateMapTableWithZone. NSInternalInconsistencyException /etc/init.d/sogo: line 61: 2010 Aborted start-stop-daemon -c $USER --quiet --start --pidfile $PIDFILE --exec $DAEMON -- $DAEMON_OPTS
                                                                         [ OK ]

This is a test machine, so nothing is lost, but since I have a few Ubuntu upgrades pending, it would be nice that SOGo worked after the release upgrade..

Any idea how to go forward ?

Dominique

The Inverse Team is pleased to announce the immediate availability of SOGo
1.3.11. This is a minor release of SOGo which focuses on improved stability
over previous versions.

  * Scalable architecture suitable for deployments from dozen to many thousand
users
  * Rich Web-based interface that shares the look and feel, the features and
the data of Mozilla Thunderbird and Lightning
  * Improved integration with Mozilla Thunderbird and Lightning by using the
SOGo Connector and the SOGo Integrator
  * Two-way synchronization support with any SyncML-capable devices
(BlackBerry, Palm, Windows CE, etc.) by using the Funambol SOGo Connector
  * Excellent integration with Apple iCal 3/4 and Apple iPhone OS 3/4/5

and many more! SOGo and our connectors are completely free.
