Outbox folder, and never move from there. I have to configure another "normal"

I've seen that before. From Outlook, go in your sync log folder, empty
everything. Go in your Outbox, and click on "Update this folder". If it
doesn't work, go back in your sync log folder and paste us the message's
content for the error.
