From what I understand, the three extenstions are correctly located
(200 code). All of them are 644.
But they are not downloaded....
You should see a request for the ....perso.xpi file as well in the logs.
Do you perhaps have a mixup of host names and ip addresses,
or some kind of http/https differences ?
