Hi,
Here's a message I posted to the mailing list some months ago:

Hi,
I've done as told on
http://lifehacker.com/392287/set-firefox-3-to-launch-gmail-for-mailto-links
. After login to SOGo with "myuser", I replace what's in the address
field by this:
javascript:window.navigator.registerProtocolHandler("mailto","http://myservername/SOGo/so/myuser/Mail/compose?mailto=%s","SOGo")
This sets SOGo as the handler of mailto links. After that, if I click on
a mailto link, I get a new message window but what's in the recipient
field is mailto:[email protected] instead of
[email protected] because the special Firefox variable %s
contains mailto:[email protected] . Does anyone knows if there
is another variable I could use or another URL instead of
http://myservername/SOGo/so/myuser/Mail/compose?mailto=%s ..??
Thanks,
Dominique Gagnon

Hi Daniel.
Hi, and thanks for your response
I think, impossible whilst there's no Single-Sign-On implemented. Ypu
have to pass the authentication before opening a window for a letter
composing.
But, is there a way to do this, even if the user have to manually auth
on SOGo before it can work ?

Hi everyone.
I'd like to ask if anyone knows how to configure Firefox so that mailto
links in webpage are handled by SOGo (ie. open a new composition window
in SOGo) ?
Regards, Daniel
