(dummy) calendar and inserts events, which she creates for others in this
calendar. So the event is not in her "real" calendar and she is still the

Thank you Raffael, it's a good workaorund. It's not very clean, but it works.
If i don't select "dummy calendar" in my list and the can't see it.
But if i have more secretary, the should use dummy shared calendar of first
secretary.
