[SOGo] Web Client Calendar problems

First thing I noticed was the 2 hour difference.  Regardless of where I 
create them, the Tbird events are 2 hours earlier than the web client.

In the web client I cannot update events.  When I change and save them, 
nothing happens. 

When I create new events in the web client, they do not show up in the 
web client but do show up in Tbird (but time is 2 hours early).

Any suggestions?  Something in the database perhaps?
