There's nothing to configure in Integrator and Connector via the Add-on panel. That's also in the actual versions for TB2.

So don't worry. It's normal.

It fails on Ubuntu 10.04 64bit with TB 3, because the "settings" Button is

Is it because I do something wrong? Do I need to follow the advice for
custmization as mentioned in "Mozilla Thunderbird - Installation and
Configuration"? If I needed to, I am unable to locate "extensions.rdf".

Thanks,
You are confusing the two extensions. SOGo Integrator provides
integration with SOGo. SOGo Connector is only for addressbook
synchronisation, CardDAV support and a few lightning-related hacks
pertaining to those features.

*SIGH* I hate to make a fool of myself. Well anyway... ;)

In this case my inital problem remains. I can't access the settings option in
the add-on pane.
