Hello Chris,
We're in the process of converting our users from GroupWise to
SOGo+dovecot+postfix. We're using Gilles Lamiral most excellent
imapsync.pl to handle moving e-mail from GW to dovecot, and that is
going well.
I had planned to simply export the GW calendars as .ics and import
them into SOGo, which works well, but I realized after running
imapsync that the GW Calendar folder is copied over via IMAP, and all
calendar entries are available on the dovecot server as RFC822
messages (we're using maildir for storage).
So, my question is, Is there any way to leverage the presence of these
messages and get them into SOGo's calendar programmatically so that I
avoid having to run the export/import manually on each users' account?
I guess a small Perl script could be written to go over those message,
extract the iCalendar MIME part and pump it back to SOGo over DAV.
Regards,
