jbig2-imageio library version 3.0.5 does not seem to be available although it is listed as part of PDFBox release 3.0.5

Hi,

I accidentally updated the version of jbig2 lib when releasing PDFBox 3.0.5.
There is no new Version of jbig2, 3.0.4 is still the most recent version.
