Hi, yes, I understand this, but are you saying it's a bug with the way the PDF is created? Since it contains mostly factor shapes, I would expect it to scale properly, as it does with other applications. Is this assumption wrong?
The PDF is created by a 3rd party application (possible directly from the USPS) so as the receiver of this, I need to understand if there's a PDFBox code workaround to make this print like other PDF apps, if it's a bug with PDFBOX, or if the issue must be taken back to the source of the PDF to fix. For example, can this 72 dpi @ 100% be manipulated? The content should scale just fine and it looks crystal clear in all other PDF preview applications.
