Esteban: The program doesn't display the PDF at all. It is only to "extract" the text within the text and combo box entry fields. The extracted text then is placed into the Derby Database by way of the array. No need to display it using the PDFBox API.

I get the same results for pdfbox-app-3.0.0-alpha3.
