1. How to create pdf from xml using Apache PDFBox? Any example codes. 2. Examples of how to create pdf from xml using Apache PDFBox using JavaScript. If for that conversion Apache FOP is needed, then 1. Is Apache FOP free of cost? Is there any licensing cost involved for using Apache FOP? 2.
