Digital signatures don't work like that. There's no need to apply them to
all pages, they apply to the entire file as a whole. Doing so will require
you to separately sign each signature field, and is likely to cause issues
with the file, including corruption. Instead, you can add an image to each
page, either of a "wet" signature or of a stamp that says it's "signed",
and then actually sign it digitally, once. That's all that's needed.
