The repositories that you need are installed via the
'centos-release-ovirt45' package.
That includes the following:

Do you know of any other URLs that provide the same rpms as
ovirt-appliance-master-snapshot and ovirt-node-master-snapshot? Using a VPN
makes performing reposync take a very long time.
