This is fixed with: * kernel-uek-5.15.0-203.146.5.1.el8uek.x86_64.rpm * nmstate-1.4.5-2.0.1.el8_9.x86_64.rpm * nispor-1.2.15-1.el8.x86_64.rpm
Suggestion is the one of getting on latest releases for your system and retry. So, no need to stay on a very old kernel release. There is a known bug which prevents using bonds. If you’re on Oracle Linux, you can use kernel version kernel-uek-0:5.15.0-103.114.4.el8uek, which is known to work. (Anything above that has not worked, below that works fine too). Unfortunately I don’t know anything about other OSes.
