Which process are you following to migrate ? CLI or UI ? If CLI, do you have the output of the same in debug mode ? Did you try the instructions there at https://blogs.oracle.com/virtualization/post/oracle-linux-virtualization-manager-importing-virtual-machines-from-vmware ?
