what do you have in /etc/yum/vars/stream ?
do you have the same output?

Trying to do a fresh install of ovirt 4.5 on a Rocky Linux 9 host. While
running the hosted-engine --deploy --4, I input all of the information. Why is
it that the hosted engine is trying to reach out to the CentOS8 repos and is
