Just run the DB vacuum scripts:
/usr/share/ovirt-engine/bin/engine-vacuum.sh -a -f -v
/usr/share/ovirt-engine-dwh/bin/dwh-vacuum.sh -a -f -v
You may want to change options, check its help descriptions.
