Thank you for your help. ISO images uploaded via oVirt Image I/O (Open 
Virtualization Manager -> Storage Domain -> Disks -> Uploads) can be used as a 
CD. The only significant disadvantage of Storage Domain with the Data function 
compared to ISO is that the images are downloaded over the network first to the 
host with the Engine, and then transferred to the final host with NFS. This 
loads the channels, the Engine itself. In the case of an ISO, the image can be 
manually uploaded directly to the destination NFS server.
