oVirt self-hosted engine

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Export Windows VM Microsoft Windows Server 2019 (64-bit) to OVA/OVF from 
VSphere with ovftool.
2. import the VM in oVirt

I don't see an error, apparently everything ends well, but the import fails.

Grep the log /var/log/vdsm/import/import- by message I see:
