That blog was focused on Hosted Engine setup where one wanted to leverage a pre-existing Ceph installation for storage (both for the dedicated storage domain to assign to the hosted engine VM and for other storage domains to be used for "regular" VMs). But you can refer to this Red Hat solution https://access.redhat.com/solutions/5605141 (possibly you need a subscription, perhaps the free developer one is sufficient) You have to adapt the repos part for oVirt/CentOS Stream, though Sandro, any added information here for oVirt repos to configure cinderlib on oVirt 4.5?
