Hi Mike, The Engine dashboard is available on port 80/TCP redirecting to 443/TCP. VMs console access will be using port 6100/TCP. From your description, you have the oVirt installed on a different LAN segment using VLANs. Can you check for any restrictions like firewall rules between your desktop and the oVirt VLAN? Also, you can check for the required network ports at https://www.ovirt.org/documentation/installing_ovirt_as_a_standalone_manager_with_remote_databases/#RHV-manager-firewall-requirements_SM_remoteDB_deploy.
