We have a situation where nodes are left in Unassigned state.
SSL certificate was expired and even after cert update the nodes are not coming
out of Unassigned state. Its not even going in maintenance mode as there are
VMs on it (although they are not responding right now). Anyway we can remove
the node from HE and add it back?
