Sorry, should have updated this sooner: Issue resolved - turns out I had an old install hanging around (which I didn't know / had forgotten about) and the previous ovirtmgmt bridge was causing issues. I removed the old bridge, did a re-installed, and all is now good (as far as *this* issue is concerned) :-)
