For installation, in my experience, the most stable solution is to use a dedicated VM or physical host for running the oVirt engine(management system): https://ovirt.org/documentation/installing_ovirt_as_a_standalone_manager_with_local_databases/ Read the instructions carefully all the way through before you start.
