Not sure if this has been answered or not. Click on the unattached domain, go to datacenter and click on the datacenter. Find the detached storage domain and click attach. It should be fairly straightt forward as long as the storage is still available. One issue I had was the nfs service wasn't running. Once I restarted it, everything came back online.
