Eventually you can modify initiatorname of a node before running discovery against oVirt and rebooting it (or restarting iscsi services). You can edit the file or use the iscsi-iname command. It must be named with an iqn name in the format of iqn.YYYY-MM.reverse.domain.name:OptionalIdentifier Typically you configure your iSCSI storage array giving access to the lun to be used as a storage domain to all oVirt hosts initiators. Or you can use chap authentication or both Se also here: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/7/html/storage_administration_guide/osm-create-iscsi-initiator https://www.certdepot.net/rhel7-configure-iscsi-target-initiator-persistently/ HIH, Gianluca
