I'm using version 4.3.3.7-1.el7 No, I didn't install the RPM. From past experience (and according to the docs here <https://www.ovirt.org/documentation/admin-guide/chap-Hosts.html>) you don't need to as it takes care of it. Few months ago when I tested it, it worked well on a new CentOS install.
