Should that throw a BSOD though? It doesn't in Windows 8.1. I also got this error in Windows 10 in virt-manager (not ovirt) when trying to get virtio working. For my last Windows 8.1 install, I used 2 DVD drives so I didn't have to do the DVD swap dance, and that worked out quite nicely. Point the drivers search at E: and D: is left alone. I'll try that for my next Windows 10 attempt.
