Technically, it is possible, I used to do it at the very beginning but...  if you can, the best practice is to dedicate a physical nic to the ovirtmgmt network as a non-tagged vlan.

Imagine you install your node on an access port, then you want to add bond, then the ovirtmgmt on a tagged vlan... each time you change your port config to match to your node config,  you can loose ssh connection at any time.
