patch for oVirt 4.2 for ovirt-container-engine is in gerrit [1]. It works with published rmohr/ovirt-postgres (postgres 9.2), but as recommended DB for oVirt 4.2 is postgres 9.5, you may download patch for 9.5 [2] and build it locally (from previous answers it looks like project is not maintained, so review may take some time:-) Let ma know if you spot any issues.
